Hello,
when I type the first letter of the recipient in a new message, some unwanted addresses appear due to received emails, and I can't delete them. What should I do? (they are not in my address book)
thank you for your help

I finally have the answer: on IncrediMail 2, you need to go to Contacts, then click on the "Suggested" tab (Popular, Suggested, Favorites, Groups). The list of all contacts will be displayed, including those that were added automatically and that you don’t want. Just highlight them and delete! That’s it... phew! Thank you all.
Hello Nanou, I have the same problem as you (when I type the first letter in a message, other addresses appear that I would like to delete).
Thank you for sending me the procedure to follow as I cannot find an answer.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely, grandma Col

Hello, to delete the purple addresses, type the first letters A, B, C... and use the down arrow key on the numeric keypad to extend the highlighting, or of course, you can go up and then press DELETE. As for the black and blue ones, I haven’t found the trick.
Using and managing the automatic list in IncrediMail
The automatic list allows you to easily find the address of a person to whom you've already sent mail. It appears as soon as you type the first letter of that person's name; all you have to do is select the desired recipient from this list.
It contains all the addresses you have used. It can become very long, and you may want to delete addresses that are no longer useful.
You cannot delete those that are highlighted in blue or black; they are part of your address book (contacts list). They can only be deleted by removing them from your address book.
Only those highlighted in purple in the automatic list can be deleted directly. To do this, select the unwanted address using the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard, then press the DELETE key.

When you are in a new message, type the first letter "m" for example, hover over the address you want to delete with a left click, keep holding the left click, and then press delete.
