Hello,
I have been using Incredimail with all its smileys for a few months, and suddenly I can no longer access them; I don’t know why. When I click on Smileys, it says "HeaderDiv InnerHtml".
What should I do????
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,

How long have the emoticons been missing? And did you do anything specific right before... like cleaning your "Runtime Folder" on your C drive?
    The path to check is:

This PC / C: / Documents and Settings / your name / Local Settings / Application Data / IM / Runtime / Emoticon Center

If by clicking on the Emoticon Center, your emoticons are still there... let's say that's a good sign. The downside is that besides waiting a few days for it to sort itself out (it happens), I don't see anything else for now.
If they're gone... then I'm afraid they might be permanently lost for this installation.
    Good luck!
    See you!

      Good evening,

Just a quick thing to check before... When you open "New Message", right at the top in "Display"...

Are "Formatting bar" and "Emoticon bar" checked?

      See you!

Hi, to recover your emojis, just delete your email account and recreate it. I had the same problem and that's what I did, and they all came back (the emojis)!

I told you a silly thing, redo your account and just create an identity with the same parameters as the old one, then delete the old one! I'm sorry for the mistake!! I hope you're not going to have a hard time recreating your account!?
