Hello,
since I can no longer use Incredimail due to the removal of Flash, I would like to transfer my contacts to Thunderbird. How should I proceed? Or to another email service compatible with Incredimail.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Normally in Incredimail, to save your Incredimail addresses, look in the file menu > Export, then export in CSV format.
In Thunderbird, you will be able to import this CSV file.
Best regards.

I have always said it was a piece of crap software. So if you can't launch it at all, things get complicated.
Check in your email provider's webmail to see if the contacts are there.
For example, with Orange https://www.windows8facile.fr/exporter-contacts-orange-webmail/, you can export them.
Otherwise, go to File Explorer, navigate to c:/users/your-Windows-account/appdata/local/im, if you have a file named "address book", copy it to the desktop. From Thunderbird, try to import this file.
Note: make sure you have activated the display of hidden files, folders, and drives in Windows. If you haven't done it, here’s how to enable this display:
1- Go to "Computer" or "My Computer"
2- Click on the "Organize" tab and click on "Folder and search options"
3- Go to the View tab, and check the box "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
Best regards.
