Incredimail - messages stuck in outbox

Hello,

For the past 2 days, I haven't been able to send emails; they are stuck in the outbox.
Error message: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: encryption needed to use mechanism.

Does anyone have a solution?

    I should have replied earlier.
    I found the flaw. In fact, I went into the advanced properties of the account and there I noticed that the outgoing server port number had changed. By clicking on the "use default settings" button, everything went back to normal.

      unable to click on default settings, it is not in bold and remains opaque.
      I have tried everything but I think there is a manipulation to be done "but where", we need to find it.
