Hello,
I am looking for how to insert an input field in PowerPoint, that is, in presentation mode, to be able to enter any reference via the keyboard, and then press enter to move to the next slide.
If possible, I would like this entry to be displayed on my subsequent slides.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Yes, yes, we can totally do this kind of thing using ActiveX controls, just like with Excel or Word.
You need to display the Controls toolbar and draw a "text box." During the slideshow, you will indeed be able to write in this box.
The main question now is, what is this text box for??? What does it lead to?

I definitely won't be answering them... The forum is made for that.

Good evening, if I understand correctly, you can do it without adding input fields
1- in the design window > select the PLAN tab > give names to the slides
2- during the presentation, you do: right click > go to
3- you find the list of all the slides
good luck

I think I expressed myself poorly.
I want to present my slides (presentation mode). During this presentation, I would like to have the option, on one of the slides, to have a text box where I can type something (actually having in presentation mode a text box where we can write, as we would in a text box in normal mode).
Is that possible?

You can open a new document in Word in Notepad, which is lighter, name it, and save it.
2- On the slide, put a small button (any shape).
3- Right-click on the shape > create hyperlink > existing file or web page > current folder.
4- Look for the Notepad file > OK.
Now, during the viewing, you can open the files to write what you want.
Good luck!

Hello Soph.
To my knowledge, PowerPoint is not designed to be interactive during the presentation projection.
That's why projector manufacturers offer a pointer, and computer stores sell a laser pen to highlight specific points on the projection screen, draw a shape or (if you're an artist) write a word.

Hello,
I need to create a PowerPoint 2007 slideshow in which I would like to add controls (buttons, text boxes, etc.)
But they are impossible to add because they are grayed out:

How can I make them usable?
Best regards

I am creating an image slideshow on PowerPoint and I insert my music, it works very well, but if I send it to someone, they only receive the slides without the music.
Thank you for giving me a solution to my problem, thank you again.
