Hello,
I have a problem, I can't install my printer there is an error message MSI.scan with some "gibberish" that doesn't make sense, I think I'm missing drivers but when I go to www.hp.com/support, I can't download them, I've already tried everything but it doesn't work, could you help me, that would be nice, by the way I'm not a computer pro!!! Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.18

    It is not possible for me to install my HP C 4472 printer from Windows 7. The original CD-ROM refuses the installation. Please, what is the solution!

    I don't know if it's going to work because it's like the CD-ROM they gave me, and I already tried to download one of the same kind!

    It still doesn't work, I get a message that says:
    error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of the assembly << Microsoft.VC80.MFC,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b9a1e18e3b",version="8.0.50727.91",type="win32">>. For more information, please refer to Help and Support. After that, there is a fatal error and MSI.Scan
    And it uninstalls everything that could have been installed...
