Hello,
Not very experienced. I have replaced a yellow ink cartridge twice. It says printing is impossible? Replace empty ink cartridges to continue printing and the same message keeps appearing. I can no longer scan. I even replaced cartridges that were still full just in case!
Thank you for helping me out because I use my printer a lot for everything.

Hello fellow internet tinkers!
I'm looking for the HP drivers for the HP Photosmart 3310 printer. I have the XP drivers, but I don't know which ones are intended for Vista. It would be nice to get them in advance, thanks a lot guys!!!!! -
Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as you, namely that I have replaced a yellow cartridge twice. Printing is impossible, on the screen it says: "replace empty ink cartridges to resume printing" and I keep getting the same message.
Result: printer blocked for 1 week
Thank you for letting me know if you resolved your issue and how.
Note: another user mentioned cleaning the nozzles, but I can't find the procedure on the HP site!!!

Hello,
It's most likely a problem of clogged nozzles.. Do a nozzle cleaning (it's an option provided by HP) and if there's no improvement, contact HP Hotline..
There you go -
I can't install an HP Photosmart 3310 all-in-one printer on Windows Vista because the installation CD mentions Windows 98, 2000, and XP but not my operating system. I would like to know if you have a solution or any installation software. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, I’m aware of your issue but maybe you’ve already resolved it?
So the thing is simple, you must be quite new to drivers, and I understand that getting started with computers isn’t always joyful, and mice often get slammed!
You have an HP printer driver and it doesn’t work on Vista: that’s normal. So you open your browser and type in HP printer drivers 3310 Photosmart, you'll land on the HP website and re-enter your printer model if necessary, a link will be provided, you click on it and the driver download starts, it goes to the chosen destination folder (the desktop in general if you’re using Firefox which I recommend). Then you open it and follow the installation procedure for the printer and connect it to your PC when prompted, and there’s the miracle – you hear your 3310 humming, and there you go, it’s really simple. Often, you just need to keep it straightforward on the internet and simply ask the browser what you’re looking for! Good luck and happy installation… -

Hello,
in reading your issue I noticed that you know how to use a scanner (I have the same printer as you)!
However, I am looking for how to use it...
Would you be so kind, dear Sir, to share with me the steps for using this scanner?
Thank you for taking the time to read my message.
Best regards
A.P-
Hi everyone, for the 3310 scanner you need to install a driver (here is the direct link for Vista: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=mp-47835-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=ch&lang=en&os=2093&product=439491 after downloading it.
Then follow the installation procedure and at the end you open the application and you will find the software that will allow you to use the scan function of the 3310. -

Hello, I have the same problem as Daniboud.
I installed 2 new cartridges on a C3210 printer and it doesn't work; the printer tells me they are empty!
Please let me know how to clean the heads... or any other solution!
