Hello,

I just replaced 2 cartridges on the printer (genuine HP cartridges), the HP software shows a full ink level for these colors, but as soon as I start printing, a message tells me that I need to replace the cartridges in question. I've restarted the computer, the printer, and nothing works!!!
Thanks to anyone who can help me before all this darn equipment ends up in the shredder!

Good evening
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.4

    Good evening
    1) does the problem prevent document printing?
    2) you can try a cartridge cleaning (from the print panel, then under Settings or properties I'm not exactly sure)

      Hello,

I indeed can no longer print, and I have done the cleaning, but the problem is still there.
      Thank you for your response.

Try to remove the cartridges, then reinsert them and finally restart the printer and the computer.

Thank you again for your response. I had also tried that, but nothing worked.
I eventually completely uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it. It finally works.

    Thank you again.
