Spybot, autorisation de modification(urgent!)

Bonjour,

J'ai fais un scan Spybot, et après avoir corrigé les erreurs, spybot à affiché :

Spybot à décelé qu'un élément important du registre à été modifié.
Catégorie : System Startup user only
Modif : Value ajoutée

Nouvelle Valeu : command.com /c del "C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\Settings\s_pid.dat"


Que dois-je faire ? Autorisé, ou refusé la modif ? J'm'y connais pas vraiment alors si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider ! Merci beaucoup !

    - Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D
    NB : Si tu es sous Vista : clique-droit sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D sur le Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur".
    - Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
    - Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
    - Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt).

    A toute.

    Edit : évite les 'urgents' ; on est pas aux pièces ;)

        Ha bah c'est bloqué.

        Bon,
        y a du Navipromo par contre, donc :

        > Désactive le TeaTimer de Spybot (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) :
        Lance Spybot --> clique sur Mode => coche Mode avancé => Outils => Résident => décoche la case Résident Tea Timer

        > Lance navilog1 : (NB : Si tu es sous Vista : clique-droit sur le programme et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur")
        - Choisis l'option 2
        Navilog travail... patiente jusqu'à ce qu'il soit marqué < Nettoyage Termine le ..... >
        Un rapport va être généré. Poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.
        Note: le bureau disparaît.

          Je choisis l'option 2 mais il me marque d'entrer le nom du fichier sans extension, je marque quoi ? ><

                Très bien comme ça plus de pub quand tu surferas... Enfin plus de pub forcées..

                Bref,
                avant de te libérer,
                > Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
                - Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau.
                - Double clique sur RSIT.exe
                - A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
                - Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
                - Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
                NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi mais dans un second message.

                Puis on fini ;-)

                          Il faut arrêter le tea timer de spybot.
                          - Lance Spybot => Mode avancé => Outils => Résident : Décoche la case résident "tea timer" puis referme Spybot.

                          Puis,
                          > Lance Hijackthis : (lien de téléchargement si besoin est).
