How to unlock Philips TV?

I have the same problem with the same model and the Philips service had me go through the process, and since they are so ..... they replied, you just have to go see an authorized Philips repairman. WELL DONE PHILIPS, figure it out yourself!!!

1-Unplug your TV and plug it back in after 15 minutes

2-Press the "Menu" button on the side of the TV for 15 to 20 seconds (the TV menu will appear on the screen)

3-Select "first installation" and proceed with the factory reset.

Yes, my remote control is an original Philips, it still works since I can turn the TV off or raise and lower the volume, or when I press the TV menu a small cross appears in the top left corner of the screen ... and the batteries are indeed new.
