It's a loose connection with the cables behind the TV.
I returned one of my screens to the store that had this issue.
Try moving the cable that goes into the screen at the back and see if the colors change.
For my screen, it was a problem with the red color, which no longer displayed. There are only 3 colors on a screen (blue, green, red), and it's the combination of these 3 that creates all the other colors. So when the red isn't working anymore, the blue is dominant, and it gives the impression that there's a bluish veil over the screen.
