PROBLEM: "Freebox" flashing, no television, beg...
I rebooted the power but nothing happened, no reaction
SOLUTION: Quick, Simple and Effective! Just a matter of updates (resetting the HD box!

That's awesome, it works wonderfully! A thousand thanks. However, I do have a question. I had recorded some shows on the hard drive box. I need to reactivate my hard drive but it is asking me to reset the hard drive. Is it possible to recover my recorded shows or not?

Hallelujah!!! A bit lax on the edges, I've also let a week go by (just in case it fixes itself), and now here come the 2 freeplugs, so we get to work, fiddling with the wires, the buttons, getting frustrated :))) and then we come across our savior!!! See you soon for another mishap ;p

The manipulation that no one has taken the trouble to re-describe is as follows on the Freebox Crystal:
- unplug the TV box
- Press and hold the standby button on the remote control and plug the TV box back in at the same time until "Firmware" appears.

A search in the Free portal with the keywords: "TV box reset" gives the same result.

I had the same problem, and despite the operation performed, it persisted.. I then changed the cable (I used an HDMI), and the problem disappeared.

A big thank you, Pierre. Without your help, I really don't know how I would have managed. If this can help others: The TV remote had no effect, so I did the same maneuver but pressed the central button on the front of my Freebox TV.
