Remove the pass. Telecomm. Active

Hello,
Since this morning our display shows the message "pass. Telecomm. Active" and when we try to turn off the television it immediately turns back on by itself.

We would like to know how to remove this message?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.1

    Hello Lisa,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
