cheval de troie

Question

Bonjour, Depuis 1 semaine, je suis envahie de chevaux: sheu 3 bafy, start page ksf, win 32 start page zkt. j'ai téléchargé des tas de logitiels magiques mais pas de résultats sauf de plus en plus de fichiers infectés. J'ai essayé de trouver ces fichiers pour les supprimer mais quand ils sont en quarantaine pas moyen.

Au secours, quelqu'un peut-il(ou elle) m'aider. Mais pas de manip trop compliquées!!!!

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer ici :

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/

et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Double clic sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

Coche la case devant "scan all users"

Clic sur Run Scan.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)


Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien :

http://www.cijoint.fr/

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

Clique sur Ouvrir.

Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200905/cijSKAP5fU.txt

est ajouté dans la page.

Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

Je suis arrivée ce matin à déposer le fichier Et après: où est-ce que je copie lien? et comment je fais pour copier le rapport ici ??
Oui, je sais je ne suis pas douée et pourtant j'y mets de la bonne volonté!!!!3 nouveaux dossiers ce matin avec SHeu 3 BAFY( qui n'existe pas dans le dictionnaire des infectios!!!

J'ai déjà plusieurs anti virus dont AVG qui a l'air de bien détecter mais j'aurais voulu un truc qui supprime tous ces chevaux!!!! J'ai aussi téléchargé Ccleaner et register reviver.

Dis-moi quand même( pour que je ne meure pas idiote ) Comment on fait un copié cllé d'un texte sur le bureau pour l'envoyer.

pour faire un copier/coller

tu séléctionne le texte que tu veut copier en laissant appuyer sur le bouton gauche de la souris

puis cliquer avec le bouton droit de la souris dans une partie du texte choisi et choisir l'option COPIER

puis tu vient sur le site de comment ca marche et tu choisi coller

pour coller sinon tu utilise les touches  CTRL + V   (ctrl et V  sans le +)

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je viens de lire combofix mais ça me parait trop compliqué pour moi et j'ai peur de faire une bêtise.

Depuis 2 jours plus de chevaux, tu as gagné!!! j'attends donc pour faire la dernière intervention( j'ai tout enregistré et imprimé!!!)

Il manque quelques messages( je t'ai envoyé des messages privés). Tout est rentré dans l'ordre!!!!. Je n'ai pas fait combofix( micrisolf m'a fait peur) car je n'avais plus de chevaux.

J'ai résolu toute seule comme une grande mon problème de son en téléchargeant realtek.
