iPhone : WIFI connecté mais pas d'accès à Internet Solved

Hello,
I just acquired an iPhone, but the problem is connecting to the internet via WIFI.
I configured my iPhone with the WEP key of my router and the connection was successful, but when I launch Safari, it says that it’s not possible.
What should I do?
There is surely a misconfigured setting.

Hi... I had the same problem as you, so I restarted my phone without unlocking my SIM card (because the phone doesn't connect in 3G when I test with Safari). Go to settings => general => Wi-Fi and choose your network, then select "forget this network." After that, I re-entered the WEP or WAP key, depending on what it is, and it worked for me. Hello everyone, I just wasted 4 hours on the same problem. I finally found the solution and you'll see, it's really simple.

Just put your phone number in the section titled "Customer ID." To access it on iPhone: Settings - Wi-Fi - choose the FreeWifi_secure network - the blue arrow - and right above "Renew Lease" you will see "Customer ID."

It worked for me.

I had the same problem with my iPhone 5 running iOS 8.
I was able to solve it by going to settings >> General >> Reset (at the bottom) >> Reset Network Settings.
After the reset, you will need to choose the network and the corresponding password again.

Hello, I had this problem and I was desperate; I searched through thousands of forums but eventually found the solution myself.

It generally doesn’t work.
But if you have installed a profile on your iPhone, for example, I downloaded an adblocker, and I didn't realize, but that was the cause.

So if you have a non-essential profile, delete it; it might work.

To find the profiles, go to:

settings-->general-->profile

The profile section doesn’t appear if you don’t have any.

For the newcomers who have had the same problem as I did, called Apple to find out where it came from and also Orange, some iPhones are temperamental and need a specific channel to give you internet connectivity..

Let me explain, all routers have channels set by default to automatic. So by default, we are on channel 10 from the factory. Unless there is a power outage, the channel can change and then you are on wifi but you no longer have internet.. !

So the Livebox play has 2 configurations, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

You enter the box configuration and go to My Wifi -> Advanced Wifi

5 GHz WiFi configuration identical to that of the 2.4 GHz WiFi: It doesn't matter..

channel: 2.4 GHz Wifi, Set to 10 - 5 GHz Wifi, Set to 48

Save.. And you are on wifi yes but with INTERNET !!
