Connection issue with wifirst

Hello,
I have been in student housing since the start of term. Internet access is via wifi through the provider wifirst. My laptop won't connect to this network. I have an ASUS VIVO BOOK 15 N running Windows 10 Pro.
I don't understand..... Yet at the IUT, I can connect. At my parents' house and a cousin's place who have an Orange box, I can connect to the wifi without any problem. I called wifirst's customer service, we did some troubleshooting, but there are too many issues with connecting, connections dropping, and the computer freezing. I think it might be related to my laptop.
Does anyone have any ideas?
