Hello,
I am working on Ciel Compta;
I have a problem: I have an entry that is stuck (green entry) and I can't do anything with it: I can't delete it, remove it, or modify it. If you know how to resolve this issue, please reply to me;

correction: it is the ctrl key ALONE (+ double click) that is used to "unlock" a "L-shaped" writing...

Thank you so much, I had started to rewrite 12 pages of writing and tonight I had the idea to ask Google the question. Thank you really, I was stuck at the end of the exercise because of this locked writing ??? first time in 20 years.

I have the same problem.
A transaction from 20087 was blocked (green) and I couldn't close 2008 at all, so I recreated a new folder for 2009 by entering the NEW ONES again.
The line of the NEW ONES for 2009 also got blocked and appeared in green.
As a result, I was advised to do CTRL + Enter and that unblocked the transaction for 2008 but did not work for 2009.
If you have found a solution, please let me know.
On another note, I would really like to know why the transaction got blocked and especially what mistake I made in order to avoid falling into the trap again.

Press control and double-click on the writing, it works. Don't ask Ciel to help you; they will offer you a solution for €320 excluding tax. For them, the 2003 version of Ciel Compta is prehistoric, and the technicians who knew how to use it are apparently all dead!!!!! They are very nice, but I'll be getting my next software elsewhere.
