Issue with EXTEL intercom PASF 10003

Hello,

I have a cordless outdoor intercom EXTEL PASF 10003. For some time now, I hear a ringing on the outdoor unit when the button is pressed, but there’s no ringing on the receiver inside. I changed the battery of the receiver (by the way, it was a real hassle to find one), but still nothing. The batteries in the outdoor unit seem to be working since there is a ringing; the frequency and coding settings are also fine. Thank you for your response.

Did you call Extel's customer service? 0892.35.00.69
Otherwise, I had a similar problem, they helped me out, and it crashed again afterwards. I eventually went to buy a new handset (the 10003 no longer exists, I took the 10005) and everything's fine now

Hello, I bought an intercom at Leroy Merlin, but the door opening function doesn’t work. I even hired an electrician but he can’t find the problem. So I open my door as before, but I spent money for nothing, do you have a solution for me? Thank you for replying. Mamiche 85
