Extel intercom video phone camera failure

Hello,
I have a video intercom that has a camera malfunction. When the doorbell rings at the entrance of the gate, the unit in the entrance hall makes an intermittent ticking sound, the internal screen is scrambled, and I have no color image on the screen; however, the gate opens normally.
It is an intercom of the Extel brand, serial number CFI/0716/06/W50/4228, powered by 220 volts, connected to the outdoor camera by a low voltage two-wire cable.
The whole system was purchased at Castorama.
