Problème pour arrêt
Bonjour,
J'ai juste quelques petits soucis depuis quelques temps lors de l'arrêt de mon pc. En effet, il arrive de plus en plus régulièrement que mon pc plante lorsque je veux l'arrêter. Il reste bloquer et je dois forcer l'arrêt avec un appuie long sur power. Par ailleurs, il arrive aussi de planter parfois au démarrage. Si je commence à l'utiliser avant que les divers "applications automatiques" ne soient lancées, ça plante aussi et je ne plus rien faire non plus et je dois l'éteindre de nouveau et rallumer. D'où ce problème peut il provenir? Est ce que j'aurais une merde sur mon pc?

Je ne pourrais réparer Windows que ce week end. Je n'ai pas le cd où je suis.
Sinon, ça fait quelques semaines que j'ai ce problème et je ne me souviens pas avoir installer de nouveaux programmes à l'époque. Dernièrement, j'ai installé un petit logiciel pour la connexion avec mon nouveau tél portable et Divx converter.

Plantage au démarrage ça arrive parfois des applications qui se chargent au lancement du systéme. le blokage au moment de l'arret ça peut venir d'une application qui répond pas suite a une infection si non pour autre raison.
Je prefére que vous commancez par un msconfig tout simple et dites moi aprés.
Démarrer ==> Executer ==> Tapez (MSCONFIG) ==> Entrer ou OK
L'anglet démarrage : Desactive tout sauf le truc de l'antivirus si vous arrivez a le reparé, si non c'est pas grave.
L'onglet Services : Coche la case en bas (Masquer les services microsoft) puis desactive les reste des services incluant meme l'antivirus.
Normalement aprés cette manip vous allez constaté plus de rapidité, par rapport a l'etat actuel biensur. -
