Wi-Fi Livebox Toshiba Satellite A300 Vista

Question

Bonjour,
Please can someone help. Have tried all possible things to connect my new Toshiba to the Livebox (WiFi). Even a technician from France Telecom failed during 1.5 hours. The computer recognizes the Livebox with Excellent signal but refuses to connect.
Thanks a lot for any idea. Have followed all the rules given by Orange.

Maybe you can try with a cable first and if you don't succeed change your livebox

I have the same problem! i click connect on the laptop and it says "connecting to nettwork" however this box just closses and doesn't connect to the internet. when connected with a cable it works fine! And i have other devices connected to my livebox;. if you find a sollution, help?! :S
