Problème garantie mpman

Bonjour,
je voudrais savoir combien de temps est garantie un mp4-fiesta 4giga de la marque mpman car j'ai qques problèmes avec et impossible de trouver combien de temps il est garantie... merci pour vos réponses !!

normalement 1 ans mais comment l'utiliser ?? mystere j'ai un mpman tk 210 et la coque bouge je voudrais moi aussi faire marcher la guarantie mais il ni a aucune indication seulement une mention dissant (A L'ENREGISTREMENT DU PRODUIT LORS DE L'INSTALLATION DU LOGICIEL FOURNIE) : guarantie activé
donc je ne sais pas qui contacter aucune adresse @mail sur le site bref .........
