Hello,
I have a Nikon D50, but it shows the message "CHA", which means there is a problem with the memory card.
So I bought a new card, formatted it, but the message persists.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be??
Thank you in advance

Hello, I have the same problem as you, I exchanged the SD card that I had just bought and which was not recognized on my Nikon D50, but the same issue persists with the new card of a different brand... Anyway, I wanted to know if you had found a solution since your message here, or if at least you managed to figure out what it was due to...
Thanks in advance-

Hello,
just a quick response while I'm here, I have a Nikon D50 with a 2GB (Panasonic) card, so it accepts them without any problem. The issue is that you need to be very careful about the type of card! You really need to get an SD card and not SD something or SD HC, and also be careful about the speed...
best regards

Isn't it possible to reset it ourselves?
Because I have the same problem... my original 512 MB card just broke down and I can't find any cards in stores...
Listening to the seller, I bought a 2 GB ultra SD card up to 15 MB/s, 100x
and well, it doesn't work.... no photos on the card... If you had a solution for my problem.... Thanks in advance! -
