Black screen on nikon coolpix camera

Here is my question: I am facing a black screen, while all functions work very well like zoom, flash, photo taking, counter, but everything is black.
I would like to know if anyone has a solution to my problem.

    Hi annaelle45, on your device a button (display?) should allow you to disable the display to save battery or not disturb in a dark environment, check the manual for your device.
