Jabra Elite 75t earbuds not working, no LED indicator.

I need help please... I reset my earphones but the left one won't even show a LED color, it doesn't work at all, impossible to see the LED blinking... I don't understand, in the evening it worked well, the next day nothing, only the right one works!

I found this solution in English because I had almost nonexistent sound on the left side (barely audible, I almost felt like there was no sound at all). I was skeptical: well, it works!

You just need to fiddle around (clean? press?) in the hole between the two contacts to recharge (on the earbud).

Hello, excuse me my right earbud is flashing but never the left, so unfortunately I can't reset them. What should I do please? Thank you knowing that my phone doesn't find my Jabra Elite 7. What should I do, thank you.
