Executables qui s'ouvrent avec notepad

Bonjour,
mon problème est que les exécutables s'ouvrent avec notepad. j'ai trouvé un petit script sur ce site :

Le problème est que le fichier créé avec ce script s'execute avec REGEDIT qui lui même s'ouvre avec notepad (suite à une fausse manip).
