Gmail messaging undefined

Hello,

I can't write a message and address it. The formula "undefined" appears and I can't
do anything. Can someone give me the solution? Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0

    Hello,

    Could you be more specific please? When does this happen (email already written, logged-in messaging...) ? Is it really with Gmail?

    As a first step, you can always do CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE in Firefox and clear cache, cookies, etc., then give it another shot! :)

      Hi,

      Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, CTRL+MAG+DELETE doesn't work.
      To clarify: When I click on new message, a new message opens but instead of contacts, there is "undefined" and it doesn't give me the space to write.
      I can write using reply but not new message. UNDEFINED also appears on the normal reception screen in the top right corner.

    Hi, I'm still having this problem configuring Incredimail on my daughter's laptop which is connected to the Wi-Fi with my PC. I can't set up an email address, the username and password are being rejected, yet it seems I've done everything correctly. Need some help please, thanks.

      The best is to completely uninstall IncrediMail:
      - back up first in a new folder in my documents, for example "my letters"
      - uninstall: control panel - add or remove programs.
      - go to search all files and all folders and write IncrediMail including hidden folders then delete everything listed -
      - empty the trash

      - look for IncrediMail on the net and reinstall it if you still want this software.
      I would recommend using Mozilla Thunderbird instead, which has many features (except for the special drawings of IncrediMail)

      Let me know if it works or not.

      Hi,

      I resolved the issue in 2 ways.

      1- clicking on "old version" at the top right and everything got sorted out.
      2- I still wanted to use the new version. So I switched back to the new version and went into Firefox (I assume you use that too) in tools clicked on better GMail and removed Better GMail 1 and added better Gmail 2 (or nothing if you don't have it. You can easily find it at Mozilla) And everything was fixed.

    Apparently, this is because I'm using the new version of Firefox, because when I go on Gmail at work with the old version, everything works perfectly... but not at home :/
