Regarding TomTom traffic connections on the car radio, there's no need to look for French legislation as it is still prohibiting TomTom from broadcasting on the radio. The music plays, but the commands don’t work. I just called TomTom and, well, it's a mess in France.

Hello, I bought a GPS XL device in February, but to this day the cable from the cigarette lighter to the device has broken at the cigarette lighter end.
