Hello,
I have a small issue: I want to unlock my Motorola to switch operators (from SFR to Orange), so I contacted SFR who gave me a security code. Not knowing what to do with it, I contacted them again, but the operator on the line couldn't tell me the steps to follow; she fiddled around for 20 minutes and my phone is still not unlocked! Could you help me with the steps to enter this code?

1/ insert new card
2/ connect phone to power supply
3/ turn on phone
4/ Pin of the new card
5/ The phone displays a message to contact operator
6/ Wait 12 hours for new phone data
7/ A new message will appear (enter special code)
8/ Enter the 8 digits of the code corresponding to your IMEI number provided by the original operator
procedure only for RAZZV3I
OTHERWISE CALL MOTOROLA AT 0825 303 302
