Hello, I have a problem with my Motorola V3. It works, but I have nothing on the screen; it won’t turn on anymore. What could cause this? It didn’t take any shocks, it hasn’t fallen, it just switched off overnight. Could you help me, is there a solution? Thank you very much, have a good day.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

For the screen it must be the flex cable (the piece that connects the screen to the phone) and for the battery perhaps it needs to be replaced. If your phone is under warranty, contact your operator; otherwise go to a mobile phone repair shop and ask for a quote.

      Hello!
I periodically encounter the same issue with my V3; sometimes after a shock, sometimes out of whim ^^ But generally after a good recharge and sometimes a few rounds of removing and reattaching the battery, it suddenly powers back on. You can always try that if you haven’t already, of course.
If you ever get a quote, could you keep the forum informed? I’m very interested in the potential reasons :)

      Thank you in advance,

      Best regards

Thank you very much for this information. Of course, I will not fail to let you know if I decide to get a quote; there is no problem at all. Thank you very much for your help. Have a good evening.

Hello, my Motorola Pro (I dropped it once and it didn’t work anymore, but it used to work). It turns on normally and shuts down normally, but when I turn it on the screen is black, and when I have a Facebook notification for example I can see it, same for the calendar. Thanks in advance.

Problem with my Motorola phone, the screen no longer lights up, is it foggy? Do I need to replace the battery? I’m waiting for your answers, thanks.

No, it must be the napel (a piece that connects the screen to the phone). If your phone is under warranty, go to your operator; otherwise, go to a mobile phone repair shop and ask for a quote.

    Hello,
I have my Motorola K1 which has a double screen issue (inner and outer). When it’s not charged I see nothing on the screens, when charging you have to wait at least 5 minutes to get the screen and the battery remains red and never charges even after 24 hours of charging, and in any case I have no network, it always shows SIM card removed. If I sometimes have the chance to get network, unfortunately when I open my phone to reply, the keys are inactive and everything is white. What should I do?

    Hello,
I have a Motorola Z3, it’s been 2 years since I got it, and 1 year that it doesn’t work anymore.
When I turn it on, after charging, it shows Motorola (like every Motorola that works) then the screen becomes white, it flashes until the battery is completely drained!
Impossible to turn it on normally or anything
I’d like to know if someone could help me, know how to get it repaired (knowing that I don’t have any warranty)?
    Thank you

I have exactly the same problem with another Motorola! I’ve had it repaired 4 times and every time there’s no change! It’s a huge problem with this brand that will surely harm them.
