Scam surcharge from 06 67 47 48 68

Hello,
have any of you received texts or calls from the number: 06 67 47 48 68 (33667474868)
I think behind this number is an operator who is probably "hiding" on an island or in a country where there is no jurisdiction (a classic case).
The goal of the maneuver, I believe, is certainly to lure you into calling this premium-rate number...
I went to my FT agency twice to report the "thing"; the director himself responded "STOP" confirming that it would cease but unfortunately, it continues even more...
As a side note, only my wife, my son, and my father have my number and I use a plan at €15. -> option taken to avoid being bothered... That's a fail! :o)
The texts are like: "Lu c mat", "Lu t la?", "T pas a jean jo?", "Lu alr on traine al cité?", "Cc", etc...
I also received a lousy message to forward following the banner on the "chtis," titled "CLIENT INFO"... and another equally bad titled "NEW TAX"...
I am going back to the France Telecom agency this afternoon to follow up.
Do you know anything more about this?
