Hello,
I'm coming to your forum to express my dissatisfaction regarding the windshield mount; it keeps falling off even though the windshield is clean and degreased. If someone has a tip to improve the attachment, aside from wetting it – which is better but leaves marks on the glass – I don't understand how a manufacturer of such a fantastic device neglects the type of mount. I went to the Fnac in Orléans and learned that the manufacturer is on its third generation of the device and has no plans to change its mounting system. It's a shame. It's clear that when my product reaches the end of its usability, I won't be buying this brand again because of this issue. Happy reading to you, and to the TomTom site if they have the courage to face the truth.

Although a bit late: resolved but without the written solution, it is useful to keep this topic for those who have issues with their GPS navigator mounting, apparently common when using a suction cup that can cause the GPS to fall in hot weather, with varying degrees of damage, on Mappy Mini and Mappy Mini 290 by sacrificing (devoting to this device) a corner of the dashboard next to the steering wheel in a position that allows me not to look away from the road too much. The stand consists of 2 parts, the suction cup which I no longer use, and the "hand" on which the GPS is mounted. It is this "hand" that I screw.
