Mon but est de trouver un logiciel qui lit les sous-titres arabes pour mes vidéos.

try maybe on windows media player after installing the matroska pack

It's a set of codecs that allows you to play video files that contain, for example, subtitles; I had used it to watch a Japanese manga with French subtitles.

La première fois, j'ai cru que c'était le VLC qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, mais j'ai essayé avec le JetAudio et c'est la même chose.

You say it's a sub file? Then it would be a disc image and you would need something like Alcohol or CloneDVD.

Make VLC read all the subtitles only the subtitle files in Arabic.

Maybe VLC just doesn't support Arabic writing?

Word automatically recognizes the text encoding.
Rename the srt extension to doc and then open it with Word; it will ask you to choose the type of encoding to use. You need to choose the correct one.
Select all the text (At this stage, the text is already good), click on copy, then paste it into Notepad and save as. Finally, rename the file back to srt.
