Hello,
I would like to know how to maintain the formatting of an Excel table when receiving an email. When I copy it to the body of the message, it looks fine when sent, but when received it becomes distorted and loses its layout. I have tried changing the fonts by using different codes, such as (Western-Euro Iso...) and others, but it gives the same effect, meaning the table in the body of the message is always distorted. However, I do not have this problem with Outlook.
Thank you for helping me find a solution for my Thunderbird.

Hello,
Eureka...! As I have gone through almost all links regarding Thunderbird, I finally found the solution to keep the layout and formatting of an Excel table that you copy into the body of the message in Thunderbird:
1- Select the table in Thunderbird (Format Menu/Table/Table Properties)
2- Format Menu/Table Properties/Advanced Edit Button../HTML Attributes Tab
3- Change the Boolean value of "Border" from 0 to 1
When sending the message, you need to choose "Send in HTML and Plain Text," and you must not select "Plain Text Only."
There you go.
Thank you, dubcek:)
