Bonsoir,
J'ai un petit problème, j'ai l'impression que mon Avast a quelques problème : Hier je joues l'après midi sur mon ordi en allant sur internet, tout va bien. Je le rallume ce soir, et avant même que j'aille sur internet, il me detecte un cheval de Troie. (Ca m'est arrive juste une fois dans ma vie.) . Je le met en quarantaine et il m'en detecte un autre avec un nom différent. Je refais la même manip alors que je ne suis même pas encore sur internet ! Il ne m'en detecte alors plus et je vais sur google, il m'en detecte 2 d'un coup, et ce, plusieurs fois. En 5 minutes, environ 7 Cheval de Troie alors que j'ai rien fait ^^
Pouvez vous m'aider ? Je précise que je n'ai en rien touché mes config Avast ni internet.
Les virus détectés portent des extensions bizarres comme .txt ou .dll, qui n'ont normalement rien à voir avec ce type de fichier !

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message ainsi qu´un nouveau rapport hijack this.

scan long et avast a detecté un virus même pendant que Combofix faisait le compte rendu alors que rien n'était affiché !
Et Avast vient de me trouver 10 chevaux de troie (les même que tout a l'heure)

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level
Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp
ps : fais le scan en mode sans echec :

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Salut à tous,
Je pense avoir le même problème, en fait quand je vais dans le gestionnaire de tache il y à l'application firefox.exe alors que toute les fenêtres firefox sont fermé. Si je tue le processus, un autre process appelé aliceeadsl.exe qui se lance pendant une seconde et firefox réapparait! Le seul résultat avec aliceeadsl.exe sur google renvoi sur cette page.
J'ai également des messages de avast comme quoi mon ordi est infecté par des chevaux de troie.
Je vais tester toute les solution qu'il y à sur cette page et si ça marche j'espère que vous voudrez bien m'aider...? -

Il serait préférable que tu fasses ton message personnel, cela rendra les postes plus compréhensibles et la réponse à ton problème sera plus efficace surtout que le probleme ici n´est pas resolu.

- ola quand j'installe Antivir il me detecte les même virus que Avast, des trojans dans mon system32 mais ils sont en d.dll genre la yiphnvpv.dll il me detecte toujours les mêmes et mon PC fait un bruit bizarre genre une sonnerie de trois notes a chaque fois que Antivir me detecte un virus.
De plus, je ne peux pas aller dans démarrer tous les programmes jusqu'a Antivir car ca se bloque des que Antivir detecte un virus (toutes les 10 secondes et tojours les mêmes). Donc voila que me conseilles tu ?

* Télécharge OTMoveIt2 (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour lancer le programme,
* Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Custom List of Files/Folders to Move" :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\yiphnvpv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wgfybcad.dll
* Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
* Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
* Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
* Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
* Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.
puis remet antivir et fais un scan complet cette fois ci en mode sans echec :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level
Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp
Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?
Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

il te detectait des saletées et la fenetre dávertissement s´affichait tout le temps ?

et genre des fois 15 fois les 2 mêmes trojans dans la minute et ca me bloquait l'acces a toutes les commandes de windows genre la barre des taches, tout en fait donc dsl mais c'était impossible

Ferme toutes les applications en cours : antivirus, pare-feu, etc ..
Double-clic sur comboscan.exe, dans la fenêtre qui s'affiche, clic sur OK.
Soit patient...
Le rapport Comboscan.txt s'affichera, copie et colle le contenu de ce fichier ici.
Le rapport peut-être long et en deux morceaux vérifie qu'il soit en entier.

passe combofix car les cles de registres des fichiers infectés sont encore la et les fichiers aussi d´ailleur...
tu l´as sur ton bureau sinon reprends le ici :
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.
Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,
Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.
S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

-> Click sur Démarrer Online-Scanner
-> Click maintenant sur J'accepte.
-> Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
-> Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
-> Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail.
-> Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.
