bonjour j ai un cheval de troie dans mon ordi et mon anti virus avast ne le supprime po je n y connais rien du tous au ordinateur pouvez vous m aider svp merci

    Bonjour,

    J'ai eu ce problème voici quelques temps. Ce qu'il faut savoir, c'est qu'avast a détecté quelque chose d'inconnu et qu'il le nome "cheval de troie". La mise en quarantaine ne suprime pas l'anomalie détectée.
    Voici l'adresse dont je me suis servi pour régler le problème, et c'est gratuit :

    et tu te laisse guider par ce logiciel. Tu aura juste à remettre l'affichage de la pendule en forme si tu es en affichage j.m.a.

        Si non, télécharge également les programmes suggerés par incognito02 (que je salue d'ailleurs au passage) et scanne ton PC avec.

        Clique sur "Kaspersky Online Scanne".
        Une nouvelle fenêtre va s'ouvrir.
        Clique sur "Accept" et scanne ton PC avec l'antivirus en ligne.

          refais le scan que ta donné Kristopher, puis regarde dans le haut l'active x est bloqué par la barre anti-popu du sp2 clique dessus et accceptes l'active x.

                  je sui moi même contaminé par un cheval de troi je ne sait pas trop comment faire je tombe que sur des scan gratui mes rien pour remédier ou supprimer à un virus.....
                  je vien d'arrivé dans une nouvelle ville personne ne peu m'aidez ici.

                    au secour j ai deux trojan dzk et duq bitdefendeur me les bloques mais ne les suprimes pas je ni connait pas grand choses je scan mais rien a faire, la barre de demarrage disparais sait le bazar aider moi merci

                      j'ai 2 chevaux de troie sur mon ordi suite a un fichier a la con que j'ai ouvert sur msn ,chose que je ne fais jamais d'habitude enfin c'est fait!!!!!avast les mets en quarantaine mais chaque fois que je redemarre mon ordi ils sont tjs la .Que faire merci de vos conseils

                        Bonjour, j'ai moi aussi chopé 2 chevaux de troie sur msn, surement a cause du meme fichier qu'a ouvert mamounette et que j'ai moi aussi ouvert... Avast me permet de les mettre en quarantaine, mais quand je veux les supprimer, je refais un scan pour etre sur de m'en etre débarasser, et avast me les retrouve a chaque fois sur mon ordinateur! J'espere que quelqu'un pourra m'aider, j'attend votre réponse... Merci

                          Un cheval de Troie que j'ai chopé sur MSN !
                          Mon père n'étant pas là, je ne sais plus quoi faire !
                          J'ai Avast! en antivirus, mais pour ce débarrasser d'un cheval de troie je ne sais pas si cela est vraiment utile !

                              bonjour, je suis désolé si le scan n'a pas fonctionné. j'ai eu le même problème et m'en suis débarrassé avec ce scan. Je ne peux t'en dire +, je ne suis pas tres doué dans ce genre d'exercice.
