Don't you all think it's already relatively difficult to enforce these rights in France?
So avoid transactions with certain foreign countries.......because you won't be able to exercise any recourse.............unless perhaps you form an association of aggrieved consumers (like the NAGE association) and your scammer is under the jurisdiction of the EEA.

So stay vigilant.

    Hello, I too was scammed by this thief, for an amount of €50 for an HD TNT decoder!

    In fact, he cashed the check but never sent me the package!
