Hello,
I went to the live clairvoyance site to use their chat clairvoyance service. I had 9 free minutes and once those were up, I entered my credit card number to get 5 additional minutes for an amount of €12.90. I entered the information and when I clicked to process the payment, no minutes were added. The page did confirm that the payment was processed and it redirected to the ongoing chat window, but it didn't credit the minutes that I just paid for. In the end, the transaction was completed and I got nothing in return. I tried to find contact information on the site to reach someone responsible but without success! It was the next morning that I had the unpleasant surprise when I received a call from my bank informing me that multiple transactions were attempted on my account. A total of 3, one for €12.90, another for €75, and another for €250!! Am I dreaming? All this money for 5 minutes of chat that I didn’t even benefit from in the end!! Incredible! I sent an email to ***@*** to try to cancel any subscription that was probably added to this and to stop these fraudulent withdrawals. In the end, I also tried to delete the card from my account on this site but it didn’t work! Every time it states that there was an error and it never gets deleted! I finally had to cancel my card to stop these withdrawals and had to get a new one made! What a thieving site, I can’t believe it!!

Hi
During the 9 free minutes, didn’t they predict that you were going to get scammed?

You don't have much to do to taunt someone about it on a forum that's meant to help others solve their problems on the web... I don't think your comments will be very helpful to me at this level, what do you think?
- Hello
Yes, solving problems... But first, there has to be a question...
You only recounted a story and informed us that it's a scam. You didn't ask for help... And we can't do much about people's naivety.
Anyway. For scams, you need to file a complaint with the police and block your card. Aside from that... there's nothing we can do for you.

Don't be timid; canceling and changing my card were the first things I did after it happened. I may be naive, but I'm not stupid ;) and I reported the situation just to warn and hopefully prevent this from happening to other people using this site, plain and simple. I believe everything has been said in our discussion, so I’ll allow myself to end this with a very simple message: thank you for unnecessarily sharing your opinion following my post. :)
