Access an unpopulated hard drive

Hello,

I have a HDD "FUJITSU MHW2040BH" with a capacity of 40GB, 38147MB to be exact...

And Windows tells me it is "unpopulated" and I can't access my hard drive, while on the other machine it worked fine and is even almost full!

And when I click "populate" on the new machine, it tells me that the hard drive is empty! Even though it's almost full!

Plus, it still doesn't appear in My Computer!

Thank you in advance for your help!
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

Make a right-click on "This PC" and select "Manage," go to "Disk Management" and tell us what it displays.

And your 40GB disk doesn't appear???

    Oh yes, I see it!

    He tells me:

DISK 0: MY HDD 1 and MY HDD 2

    DISK 1: MY HDD 3!

But it says about the 3rd one: unknown, unallocated, uninitialized!

The file system is not recognized by Windows, in order for it to be accessible, it needs to be changed, so the disk must be formatted (which means losing your data) to NTFS.
I don't know the way to change the partition type without data loss.
    See you later!

And don't you think that by formatting the hard drive, for example in NTFS, the file system might become incompatible with the console?

For that, it would be necessary to know the file system of the console and to decrypt it with Windows...

I don't know if the PS3 recognizes NTFS; you should check the manual or a PS3 forum to see if someone can provide an answer.
    See you!

I don't want to lose my data, or I swear I'll do the experiment!
