Hello,
I would like to know if the orientation of the antenna is very important for DVB-T reception.
I am on the Villers-Cotterêts (02) Fleury transmitter (phase a7)

Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

So, for DVB-T (TNT), the antenna must always be horizontal?

At least for the "rake" antennas...
There are indoor antennas that are vertical, but I’m not sure if the reception is as good as with a "rake" like WISI21/69 EB66........

      Cheers,

      See you later

For the Villers-Cotterets transmitter, the antenna elements must be vertical, whereas for the St-Just-en-Chaussée transmitter, they must be horizontal. This depends on the transmitter’s polarization (vertical or horizontal).
I live near Compiègne and my antenna is aimed at Villers-Cotterets. I haven’t been able to receive R1 for several months, whereas I used to receive it well. This bothers me a lot because I no longer get Arte (which I watch the most) which has moved to this multiplex since June 8!
