How to unblock a contact on skype

I have your solution, go to the tools and options menu............, in the left menu, select privacy then blocked users, you will get the list of everyone you have blocked. Then you right-click on the guy you blocked and unblock him and that's it!!!!!!

And please, I have a problem because I don't have any photos for my profile and I haven't found any, and when I searched I found a tab!! It should be filled with pictures for the Skype client's avatar but it is empty!!

Hello, just like you, I had all my MSN contacts blocked. Unblocking them is super easy; the answer is right on Skype. Connect to Skype and click on a blocked contact that you want to unblock. At the very bottom, you will see the contact's name is blocked and cannot respond. If you want to chat, unblock it from the web profile. If you do not see the phrase fully written, enlarge the window or the frame. Click on it, a window will open with the list of all your contacts. Look for the contact to unblock in the list and then click on it; at the top, roughly in the middle, you will see 3 small dots. Click on the 3 dots and then select allow.
Sign out of Skype then log back in and boom, the contact will no longer be blocked.
P.S.: If when you click on the 3 dots you do not find allow but block, then click block and then allow.

If you log in with your Microsoft account on Skype and try Douba6's advice to unblock a contact, but the "Unblock" button is greyed out, follow these steps to unblock your contacts:

1- Log in at https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/people
2- In the top menu, click on "Manage," then "Limit access"
3- For each blocked user, click on it and click on "Allow access."

Skype had blocked one of my friends, and he couldn't unblock him! (the unblock option was grayed out... :s even with all the solutions you proposed!)

But I managed to solve it! You just need to remove this person from your friend list, then send him a friend request and it works! :D (of course this person must accept the friend request!)
