This is nonsense!
I already tested it with a friend's account. When someone blocks you on Skype, you can't tell; their status appears offline but you can still send them messages (which they won't receive), and you can also see their personal details, etc. However, if someone removes you, only then will you see a question mark next to their name and a notice that they are not sharing their details with you, although you can still send them a friend request. Most people who believe everything that's been said in the previous comments probably got their information from old topics... Skype has changed, there have been a lot of new features, and now (unfortunately) it works this way... Test it with a friend of yours, or even a fake account, and you'll see!-
-1-Open Skype and sign in to your account.
-2- In the contacts list, go to the contact in question. If you find an "x" next to their username, it means they have removed you. If you see a "?", it means they have blocked you.
-3- In the dialog box, the personal information of your contact (name, nationality, gender, age, etc.) usually appears. If clicking on the contact does not show this information and instead you see the message "this person does not wish to share their personal information with you," it means they have also blocked you. -
