Keenox camera

Hello,
I have a Keenox camera and I have 13 photos in it. I changed computers and I don't have the installation CD. How can I recover these photos, please? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

    Hello Kaliste,

    I came across your question today.
    If your issue isn't resolved, it's usually quite simple.

    On Windows XP, you just need to plug the device into the USB port and confirm the automatic installation of the detected device, and access to the SD card follows automatically.
    Then, depending on the situation, use Windows transfer (photo scanner assistant) or any other option in the window that opens, or copy and paste the photos from the SD card to the desired folder in "My Documents".

    If nothing opens automatically, go to My Computer to find the removable drive corresponding to the SD card.

    I just received the same device as you, and I have the CD, but I bought an SD card, and the device recognizes it, yet it keeps saying memory full and I can't save anything on it. Can you help me? And can you tell me which card you are using?

      Good evening,

      I am responding a bit late. It is not me who has this device, but someone I know, and he has either a 256 MB or 512 MB SD card, I believe. I'm not sure about your problem, but it seems to indicate that the memory is full, which doesn't seem to be the case, does it?
      What is the size of your SD card? Because be careful, I think this device does not accept larger capacity SD cards, and in any case, no SD cards over 2 GB, I think you should even limit it to a maximum of 1 GB; that might be your problem (in any case, even with a small capacity, given the small size of the photos due to the low resolution, there shouldn't be any problem storing a lot already on 512 MB).

    Thank you, I bought a 2 GB but it's for filming
    I was rather thinking about the speed of the card because anyway they don’t give any indication on which card to use just that you need an SD
    they are scammers.
