Hello,
I have a Sangha keyboard and mouse, and they have been working well for about 6 months... But for the past week and after some manipulations (installing a USB WIFI access point from BELKIN), my keyboard is acting strangely:
When I type a period, it adds about 10 semicolons afterwards...
My USB receiver that handles the mouse and keyboard also seems to be malfunctioning because it doesn't allow me to search for the device or change channels...
So I went back to my old wired keyboard
But can someone help me please?????

Hello,
Unfortunately, you must be suffering from the same syndrome as me: "no refunds"... (very good video by the way)
I have already tried several times to contact technical support.
technicalsupport redirects to thingamajig which redirects back to technicalsupport... The mail servers are tired of bouncing the email and abandon the attempt. (too many redirects)
(qmail sends back all the headers of the rejected mail, so we can see that the two addresses are aliases of each other!)
I just sent a letter to customer support.
If I don’t hear back, I will call them; this is already the third keyboard that has failed on me!
As for me, I've had keys that wear off in 15 days, two keyboards that turn off by themselves... Which only turn back on if unplugged and plugged back in!
Logitech and Microsoft still have bright days ahead in keyboards/mice. Because at this point, Sangha doesn’t seem capable of providing equipment with a lifespan of more than six months! (compared to the 3 years for my Intellimouse!)

I have the Sangha keyboard for a month now, and I still haven't figured out how to type the at symbol, and when I try to make the hyphen, it inputs the paragraph symbol (§). Did the Sangha company create a deceitful keyboard? Or how can I download the manual? Thank you.
Normally, the at sign is obtained by pressing the "alt gr" key and while holding that key, pressing the zero key above the letters O and P.
If I'm pushing on an open door and your keyboard is really broken, there is a temporary solution. You can obtain any character by its ASCII code. To do this (for the @ sign, for example), hold down the Alt key and then type 64 on your numeric keyboard, and then release Alt. For the hyphen, do the same but this time with 45. You can use this method anywhere.
Pilo.

Good evening everyone!
I am not looking forward to reading the various messages regarding the material by SANGHA. I myself purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse on 03/11/2004, I "managed" to install the mouse, but the keyboard is not recognized by the receiver.
What should be done before returning all of this to the supplier?

I have already had issues with keyboards from major brands: Thomson back in the days of the TO8.
I opened it up, removed a bag of dust that was stuck between the keys, and patiently put everything back together in the reverse order of disassembly.
I had no more problems afterward.
