Start PC without keyboard (no keyboard ever)

Hello everyone.
Is it possible to start a PC without a keyboard and without being able to access the BIOS (since there is no keyboard to change the option to disable the BIOS error)

Is there a setup to do? Like connecting this PS2 pin to that pin so it thinks there is a keyboard?

I don't know if I'm being clear enough, so feel free to ask me ;)
