Hello,
I would like some advice regarding the Essentiel B brand from Boulanger. I've been looking for an MP3 player since mine has died. I just came from the store and found the Essentiel B video clip player for €70. I'd like to know if anyone has it or at least if someone has this same brand and could tell me what it's worth.
Can anyone give me some information?? Thanks!

Personally, I have a Boulanger Video Clip player, I already changed it once, it has never worked properly, in other words: a piece of junk.
When you bring it back to be replaced, the girl who handles it knows nothing about it, so she plugs it in and says: "Oh yes, it works very well!"
It's up to you to decide...

Hi! I have the same problem! My MP3 won't open at all and my computer doesn't recognize it anymore, does anyone have a solution?

I just got an Essentiel B 2GO MP3 player too, but I'm having trouble putting movies and text on it.
I looked at this site to find information, and I recommend it in case you have any issues.

almost the same problem except that the guy told me that if we put "pirated" files like music from emule or something, the player had a software that would automatically block the device... so reinstalling is a must (like it doesn't turn on anymore... etc...) but now I'm trying with the CD, we'll see...

Personally, I also discourage buying this so-called brand. Boulanger would have been better off focusing on selling products made by qualified companies, so as far as I'm concerned, I am very disappointed in them and now prefer to go to Darty, even if it's a bit further, but at least, as they say, there's a contract of trust. Moreover, generally at Boulanger, the salespeople either don't know anything (and yet it's their department!!!!) or they are unpleasant but ready to do anything to push their products on you anyway.
Coucou, I also own the essential mp4 and I have a problem. I formatted my PC and therefore the installation software got deleted. I then restarted the little CD, supposedly the installation is happening, but my computer detects the mp4 but it does not appear in the "This PC" drive, so... I can't load new music onto it! Very nice!!!

Essentiel B consists of products that are nothing more than poorly copied copies of big brands, with NO NAME products, the lowest price made in China, so that you can't compare prices online and get ripped off...
There are plenty of NO NAME products on MONGALLET street and also on various websites for half the price.

Given the meager number of comments on the essential B products, apart from the MP3 player, it's just a small production flaw, as often happens with our car manufacturers (BMW, Mercedes, PSA, Renault, and the worst, etc.....).
This was just to inform you bunch of bananas that we live in a consumer society and that all products purchased come with a minimum warranty, so get it exchanged instead of complaining.

Keep the banana, I want to buy a functional product, not play the return statistics game. But good for you if you like to change your sub-brand products three times before finding one that works for more than a day. I strongly discourage their laptops, AND their technical advice, clearly the salespeople have no technical training or don't remember much of it.
Hello everyone, I also have a little problem with the ESSENTIELB Crazy Pop player. It just won’t turn on anymore, from one hour to the next. I tried connecting it to the computer just in case it was a battery issue, but nothing happens. I want to point out that I’ve had it for over a year and never had any problems before. Do you know where this might be coming from?

I have a small issue with my Essential B 2G and I need the mini CD and the restoration software that’s on it to reset the MP3 player that shows "boot error" "shutting down" (I won't make you translate that) ;)
I can't seem to find that pesky mini CD, so if someone could possibly send me the necessary file, it would save me from going back to the store for such a little thing.

After several searches on the internet, I thought I needed to install this mini cd and now I realize that my computer doesn't read these discs. Can someone help me?
to explain my problem more precisely, at first when I plugged in my player it would show up on the desktop and I could easily put music on it, but now when I plug it in, it slows down the computer and shows "reading" on its screen. If someone could explain what I need to do, thank you in advance

You can find plenty of no-name products on MONGALLET street, and also on various websites for half the price.
Essentiel B is just getting "B" screwed...
