Hello,
I can't seem to position the ink cartridge holder in front of the window for access.
The user manuals (in the form of diagrams) are really in a foreign language! And when I follow them to the letter, nothing happens!
The carriage always remains stuck at the end of its travel, inaccessible.

Just press and hold the stop button long enough, and the cart will arrive at the right level.

Press two switches on the small button... because in theory, on the first click it indicates the missing color and the second time it moves the carriage.

In principle, there’s nothing special to do. Unless there’s a malfunction like mine, the cartridge carriage positions itself automatically: open the lid, then fold down the door towards the front.
It was working for me until a few days ago.
When you turn on your printer, does the light keep blinking? Can you choose between the paper tray at the front and the rear loading (the one I used for photos, even pages)?
