Worm Decoy A et Starter B

Salut à tous !!
J'ai eu un petit soucis.... j'ai récupéré ces 2 virus via des fichier word que j'avais sur mon i-pod... et bon j'ai fait un scan avec antivirr, ce qui fait que j'ai envoyé tous ces fichiers en quarantaine...

Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait me dire si ce ver est dangereux, parce que l'ensemble de ces fichiers sont des travaux dont j'ai encore besoin....
Est ce qu'il est possible de récupérer les fichier mis en quarantaine après l'éradication du ver ???? parce que bon.... ca me fait vraiment %@ de perdre tous ces documents...
