My rights: I received the same order twice

Hello,

at the end of July 2012, I ordered an appliance from the ULBADI website. After 3 weeks without news, I followed up with the site to speed up the delivery.
At the end of August, I received two identical packages, which I signed for upon delivery. I remind you that this merchant advertises a 48-hour delivery... lol

It has been a year since then, and I received a phone call from the merchant asking for the item I received in duplicate, claiming they have proof of my double signature from the carrier.
They are demanding this product more than a year later.

Questions:
do they have the right to demand their error a year later?
Do they have the right to do this on my voicemail instead of via registered mail?
What do you advise me to do?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello..

The store has the 'right' to demand the item delivered in duplicate.. And you have the right to tell them to come and pick it up from your place..

Don't worry about the registered letter, it will arrive one day!

    See you!
