Hello,

So I bought my PSP 3.71 and played with it for a month.
I then downloaded tons of games, around 45 (for free).
One day my PSP became incredibly slow, even if I put in a game it takes a minimum of 8 minutes instead of 2 minutes.
Then I removed all the game saves, even the deleted games had no effect.

Can I know if anyone knows why my PSP is very slow? Please help me.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 TO EVERYONE
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 1.5.0.6

Go into recovery mode (turn on the PSP while holding R^^), go to speed and set both menus to 333 and that's it

    Problem solved

    See you+

Bonjour à toi, j'ai lu que pour que ma PSP ne soit plus lente, je devais aller dans le mode de récupération puis l'allumer en appuyant sur la touche R. Mais comment aller dans le mode de récupération ? Merci pour ton aide.

Do I need to keep my finger pressed on the R key or should I keep pressing it continuously? Thank you.

The Recovery is only available on cracked PSPs (on Custom Firmware), so if you are on Official Firmware, you can forget that idea.

To access the Recovery, you need to turn on the console while holding R until the Recovery menu appears.

Well, the problem is that the game won't start (800201148)
    - it's because they are poorly installed...
If you think it's not because of your games, there's nothing we can do for you...
It's your PSP that's giving out, sorry

Me too, I have a PSP version 4.01. One day I went to this site and downloaded at least 10 games, and when I removed all the games, my PSP started to get too slow. I formatted my memory stick but nothing works.

It's therefore an ISO directory problem...
And if it's an answer... a short answer but an answer that those who download illegally deserve.

Hi, I have the same problem and actually, right now it wasn't working, so I turned off my console and held down all the buttons I could simultaneously, including R, then I turned on my console and to my great surprise I came across a special black menu with the option to adjust the processor speed, I set it to 333 MHz and it worked, so give it a try, you never know.

You know what to do, here's the word from a hacker in Morocco. The trick is to install an antivirus on PSP and the best one is Avast or
